  The education and information I received from Joe when purchasing my hot tub was exceptional! Joe made sure I had every one of my questions answered before I purchased. After my purchase, communication with Joe on all other questions I had concerning delivery and installation were handled by him or his staff with immediate responses! The two men who delivered my tub were excellent to speak to and work with during the process! They to answered any and all questions I had. It has been a year since I purchased my hot tub and I can say that San Juan's customer service is 2nd to NONE! I am a small business owner myself and strive to offer the customer service that San Juan does! They have it down!! You will not be a one time customer. You become a friend and customer for life!
